Types of STCU Training
The STCU Targeted Training Program is aimed at assisting managers and directors of scientific institutions in the transition to peaceful and sustainable work by building their competencies in business concepts, technology presentation and intellectual property rights. Their integration into the global science and business communities is not possible without such new knowledge and skills. It is the training/consulting/coaching and workshop program which brings substantial and lasting improvement in the overall STCU performance and sets a background for introducing consulting and training services on commercial basis. The STCU organizes a preparatory training for scientists with the purpose to better assist them in their future cooperation with potential partners during STCU Partner Promotion and Support Program for 2012.
From the presentation and discussions proposed, scientists will receive an improved understanding of proper planning and preparation for event, protection of IP rights, effective communication of ideas and better identification of customer which will help them in commercializing their technology, exploiting intellectual property and finding new partners.
The first training is designed for a group of up to 15 scientists and will be held in STCU Headquarter office in Kyiv on December 06, 2011.
