STCU Welcomes New Executive Director

On March 31, Yves Carmel concluded his duties as the STCU’s Executive Director. The Center thanks Mr. Carmel for his service in supporting the scientists and engineers of Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukraine and Uzbekistan and wishes him well in his future endeavors.

The STCU also proudly announces that, in his capacity as the Senior Deputy Executive Director (Ukraine), Dr. Borys Atamanenko has been appointed as the acting Executive Director until the appointment of a new Executive Director. The Center welcomes Dr. Atamanenko and wishes him greatest success in this new position.
