Representative of the US Office of Naval Research Global Visits the STCU

The Associate Director for Science and Technology of the U.S. Office of Naval Research Global, John F. O’Neil, visited the STCU from January 24 – 27. Located in London, Great Britain, ONR Global plans to become an STCU Partner and then establish a cooperative R&D program in the recipient nations of the STCU. Mr. O’Neil visited STCU Headquarters and later met with Academician Yaroslav Yatskiv, STCU Governing Board Member, and with officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. In addition, he toured STCU projects in water purification at the Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry and the Institute of Sorption.
