These forms can be used separately for initial negotiation with a Partner:

These forms must be exported from STCUPS.pp file for Registration and Host Governmental Concurrence

Certificate on previous involvement in technologies or expertise related to the weapon of mass destruction ( WMD Code.doc) must be filled in by each WMD scientist and authorized by the Institute. The certificate is to be included into the Partner Proposal package submitted for Host Governmental Concurrence and transmitted to the STCU then. A partner project must involve not less than 30% of WMD scientists (percentage is calculated both in number and work days)
